Location: Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland), or fully remote from eligible countries. Expect to spend most days in Milan office during first few months regardless of long-term location, with travel and accommodation support.

Typically for start of career: £85,797 in London, €66,065 elsewhere in Europe. For considerable experience: £112,189–£250,512 in London, €107,837–€188,848 elsewhere. Compensation grows with impact; equity possible for permanent contracts. 50% tax cut if relocating to Italy.

What you will do

• Design and improve data pipelines across diverse tech stacks for accurate, reliable, efficient data processing.
• Validate data, define metrics, and enhance robustness of reporting and analytics systems with software engineers.
• Develop scalable internal data products like reporting engines and forecasting tools for product teams.
• Provide analytical and modeling support for business planning and performance tracking across teams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate work, surface insights, and analyze competing products and trends.
