TL;DR
Data Scientist (with German language) (Python/machine learning): Analyzing complex datasets and developing, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models for data-driven business solutions with an accent on predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and data quality. Focus on maintaining data pipelines, improving models through feature and algorithm experimentation, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Location: Remote, office-based, or hybrid work available in Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, or the Netherlands.

Salary: EUR 3,050–5,150 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable business insights.
  • Develop, test, deploy, and monitor machine learning models.
  • Clean and preprocess data and design algorithms for predictive analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Communicate findings through visualizations, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain data pipelines and improve models through new features, algorithms, and techniques.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
  • Strong Python skills; experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Experience with Pandas or NumPy, data visualization tools, statistical methods, relational and NoSQL databases, and SQL.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work independently within cross-functional teams.
  • English at Upper-Intermediate level or above and German at Intermediate+ level or above.
