What you will do

  • Translate stakeholder needs and product strategy into actionable user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria using Jira.
  • Create and maintain the feature backlog, prioritizing items based on the product roadmap for maximum business value.
  • Manage product backlog, ensuring work meets requirements through acceptance and UX criteria, guiding changes as needed.
  • Guide the development team on building features using domain knowledge and set priorities per roadmap and R&D processes.
  • Collaborate with team leads and Program Manager to ensure process compliance, meet deadlines, and report deviations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis or related field.
  • Strong understanding of user interactions, product development, user needs, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, product lifecycles, roadmaps and strategy.
  • Detail-oriented, execution-driven with negotiation, leadership, communication, decision-making, empathy, focus, problem-solving, conflict resolution and results evaluation skills.
