What you will do

• Define and execute Data Science & AI roadmap integrating LLMs, GenAI, and classical ML into core business functions.
• Design agentic workflows and AI copilots for monitoring KPIs, root-cause analysis, and proactive recommendations using LLM orchestration and RAG.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of predictive models including problem framing, deployment on Vertex AI / BigQuery ML, and integration into workflows.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing DS/AI team with focus on high-velocity shipping, MLOps, and measurable impact.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, Governance, and business stakeholders to prioritize use cases and evangelize AI solutions.
• Stay ahead of AI innovations on GCP platforms and pilot repeatable patterns for the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning, with 3+ years leading high-impact technical teams and proven production outcomes.
• Hands-on with LLM orchestration, RAG, fine-tuning foundation models, and statistical/ML methods for real-world datasets.
• Deep experience with Google Cloud: BigQuery, Vertex AI / BigQuery ML, dbt for end-to-end solutions.
• Strong Python (or R), SQL, ML frameworks, and MLOps practices (versioning, CI/CD, monitoring).
• Master’s or PhD in quantitative field preferred, or equivalent experience; bias for action in fast-paced environments.
