What you will do

• Build and evolve backend infrastructure primarily in Node.js with Go for performance-critical components.
• Partner with AI engineers to optimize agentic workflows and make AI models reliable in production.
• Architect security strategy for executing unknown code, ensuring efficiency and robustness.
• Co-own platform stability, monitor technical risks, and maintain world-class observability signals.
• Establish patterns for agentic services, distributed systems design, async debugging, and resilience.
• Mentor engineers on backend practices and contribute to Agent0 product roadmap.

Requirements

• Deep experience in Node.js and proficiency in Go.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, async architectures, and production reliability.
• Interest in AI and experience architecting security for untrusted code execution.
• Expertise using AI and agentic tools to accelerate development with high judgment.
• Strong communication, documentation, and knowledge sharing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI systems, LLM pipelines, or code sandboxes.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry or observability infrastructure.
