Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (2 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Drive the architectural vision for next-generation AdTech products within the domain.
• Act as a technical leader to ensure solutions are cohesive, scalable, and future-proof.
• Bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution.
• Optimize the customer experience for a platform handling more than 10 million orders per day.
• Collaborate within a geographically distributed tribe consisting of over 14 squads.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years with a backend language.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Ability to drive consensus through technical documentation such as ARDs or RFCs.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Berlin, Germany

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang.
• Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, Terraform, and Helm.
• Experience setting up and configuring CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Drone, Spinnaker).
• Curiosity or experience in leveraging AI tooling to boost productivity.
