What you will do

• Develop and maintain Go-based microservices using Kafka and SQS/SNS for reliable asynchronous communication.
• Optimize queries for MySQL and Druid columnar databases to achieve millisecond response times.
• Design and document open APIs to provide partners with raw and aggregated data.
• Implement high-capacity event collection systems for billions of daily API events.
• Collaborate in an international team to scale the adtech platform for hundreds of millions of users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of profound experience building web applications in Go.
• Proven track record of working on high-traffic applications (over 100 million requests per day).
• Expertise in profiling Go applications to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Must be open to relocating to Hamburg, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Docker, and serverless architecture.
• Knowledge and experience working with columnar databases.
