What you will do

• Direct team of design verification engineers for subsystem and SoC verification.
• Deploy and manage verification processes, procedures, tools, and technologies.
• Collaborate with design, microarchitecture, postsilicon validation, and security teams to identify bugs and improve architecture.
• Work with program leaders on verification delivery and regression metrics.
• Incorporate security testing through validation, hackathons, and new techniques.
• Enable team execution via goal setting, accountability, performance management, and fostering productive environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Typically 15+ years in ASIC/SoC design and verification.
• 5-10+ years in formal people management or leadership roles.
• Expert-level SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Deep understanding of protocols like PCIe, Ethernet, USB, AXI/CHI.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI GPU.
• Experience with hardware emulation platforms (Palladium, Veloce, ZeBu).
