What you will do

• Improve compliance flows within regulatory constraints by enhancing efficiency and usability.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced technology company, balancing compliance and user experience.
• Ability to think of out-of-the-box solutions for compliance without always requiring product changes.
• Experience building and scaling user-facing products with strong product sense and customer empathy.
• Deep expertise in experimentation and data-driven decision making, comfortable with imperfect datasets.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
