About the Role

You will identify and approach high-value liquidity providers including institutional funds, DAOs, protocol treasuries, family offices, and on-chain whales. You will use on-chain data and analytics to build targeted outreach lists, structure value propositions, and prioritize LP targets. You will manage ongoing relationships with key LPs by supporting onboarding, advising on yield optimization, and handling escalations. You will coordinate with BD and incentives teams to create tailored acquisition packages, track the LP pipeline, and report on TVL attribution from growth efforts.

Requirements

• Comfortable in institutional relationship conversations and fluent on-chain with familiarity in on-chain data, loop strategies, aToken mechanics, and risk parameters
• Experience in capital markets, treasury, or institutional business development within DeFi or TradFi-meets-DeFi
• Strong existing network among DeFi-native treasuries, institutional allocators, or custodians is a strong plus
• Data-driven approach to identifying and prioritizing LP targets
• Self-starter able to build the LP growth function from scratch

Responsibilities
