What you will do

• Define technical vision and long-term roadmap for Feed Relevance, aligning ML solutions with product and business objectives.
• Coach and develop your team of ML engineers, growing their skills and impact.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities, set expectations, and communicate team work.
• Oversee design, development, and optimization of relevance, discovery, and content distribution systems.
• Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams on next-generation AI-powered solutions.
• Maintain operational excellence in system performance, reliability, efficiency, and responsible AI principles.
• Recruit and hire diverse, talented machine learning engineers to build a world-class team.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience building and managing high-performing ML teams.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale production ML systems, including transformer-based architectures, sequence models, or LLMs.
• Strong understanding of recommender systems: candidate retrieval, ranking, value modeling, ecosystem dynamics, and measurement.
• Ability to develop and communicate clear technical strategy supporting company objectives.
• Passion for scalable, responsible AI solutions driving business value.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for diverse audiences and cross-functional partners.
