What you will do

• Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders in customer accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business and increase market share.
• Manage tester installations, upgrades, forecasting, quoting, and order booking.

• Coordinate with sales, service, and support teams on competitive processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent; MBA a plus
• 10+ years experience, including 5+ years in capital equipment sales in semiconductor industry
• Proven track record in new business acquisition and customer base expansion
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
• Must carry auto liability insurance; local candidates only in Chandler, AZ
• No visa sponsorship
