What you will do

• Identify sales and growth opportunities by analyzing financial data and key product metrics.
• Develop and maintain robust financial reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and introducing insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and make recommendations.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

Requirements

• Experience with financial KPIs, including profit and loss (P&L) statements.
• Experience in forecasting, performing what-if analyses, or building statistical models.
• At least 3 years of experience in analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar analytical tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R for analytics and data collection.
