What you will do

• Design and implement features across the stack for hirify.global Rentals internal products.
• Build and maintain web applications, APIs, and analytics workflows for sales and operations.
• Collaborate with analytics, sales, and operations partners to translate requirements into reliable tools.
• Conduct code reviews, advocate for best practices, and participate in architecture discussions.
• Mentor engineers and foster an inclusive team culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional software development experience building full-stack apps with modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, TypeScript.
• Experience with APIs, GraphQL, services in Python or Java, working across service boundaries.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, data storage strategies.
• Skilled in modern practices: automated testing, observability, CI/CD for front-end and back-end.
• Experience with internal tools, analytics, or CRM-adjacent apps for business stakeholders.
• Track record of technical leadership, mentoring, and influencing engineering direction.
