What you will do

• Build and operate web applications and the APIs that power them.
• Collaborate with non-technical members to prototype and develop new customer features.
• Maintain and improve shared AWS infrastructure across engineering teams.
• Lead projects from initial design through beta and full-scale production.
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to the architecture of team systems.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.

Requirements

• Experience working across the full tech stack, from frontend CSS to backend AWS infrastructure.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Passion for usability and creating polished, delightful user interfaces.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, Go, Python, REST, GraphQL, Terraform, AWS, and Docker.
• Experience with HIPAA-compliant APIs, HITRUST compliance, FHIR R4, or TEFCA standards.
• Experience scaling high-quality consumer-facing UIs.
• Experience with Amplitude, Sigma, Auth0, Metaplane, DataDog, or Claude Code.
