DR Manager (SDR Manager): Lead a team of sales development reps turning high-volume demand into qualified pipeline with an accent on real-time coaching, pipeline ownership, and creative outbound prospecting using AI tools. Focus on developing reps, shaping modern top-of-funnel strategies, and representing the function to sales leadership.
Location: On-site in San Francisco, 5 days a week
Salary: $160K – $190K • Offers Equity

What you will do
- Coach reps in real time: run call reviews, join live calls, workshop messaging, set standards by doing the work.
- Own pipeline generation: handle outbound and inbound qualification, ensure pipeline quality and handoff to AEs.
- Represent DR function to sales leadership: provide visibility into pipeline health, performance, and market learnings.
- Develop your people: define progression paths, invest in rep growth at every stage.
- Shape outbound at : push creative prospecting with workflows, signals, enrichment; define modern top-of-funnel.
Requirements
- 5+ years in GTM roles with 2+ years managing SDR/BDR teams
- Coach by doing: experience in calls, not just dashboards
- Credibility with sales leadership on pipeline, performance, market signals
- Familiarity with modern GTM tooling and curiosity about AI-driven prospecting
- Builder mentality to shape team operations
- Enthusiasm for in-office culture, team in SF 5 days a week
