What you will do

• Lead engineering team building platform-native systems for autonomous governance of infrastructure resources globally.
• Develop infrastructure intelligence through high-scale data pipelines and attribution models for demand and capacity planning.
• Engineer economic orchestration including budget quotas, anomaly detection, and self-healing remediation for GenAI and serverless costs.
• Drive margin intelligence with product-level attribution of shared COGS and AI provider costs to inform roadmap and pricing decisions.
• Hire, mentor, and scale a world-class engineering team while providing technical guidance and career development.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Data Science teams for strategic leadership on platform economics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 7+ years in engineering management leading high-performance teams in Infrastructure, Production Engineering, or Cloud Systems.
• 7+ years with distributed systems architecture, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems for high-availability SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in software development using Java, Scala, or C++.
• Demonstrated architectural leadership in unifying fragmented environments into automated platforms.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and large-scale data orchestration.
• Background in Cloud Economics, Capacity Planning, or Fleet Efficiency at global scale.
