What you will do

• Lead strategy, development, and deployment of merchant service products for global payments.
• Gather requirements, define specs, scope, roadmap, and milestones.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers on intuitive interfaces and key features like rule configuration.
• Analyze metrics, drive data-based innovation, and optimize products.
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and deliver project status to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, Info Systems, Stats, Analytics, Finance or related + 3-5 years progressive product management experience.
• 3 years end-to-end B2B product management, cross-functional coordination, strategy, ROI, revenue.
• User research, competitor/market analysis, UX surveys, Customer Journey Map, Product Opportunity Matrix.
• Data analysis on user behavior/revenue with SQL, Google Analytics, dashboards.
• Product roadmaps, KPIs, OKRs.
• Location: San Jose, CA; up to 10% travel.
