Salary: $169,900 - $254,500 per annum

What you will do

• Lead product engineering for optical products including light engines and chiplets for CPO and scale-up networks.
• Own product lifecycle from development and qualification through mass production and sustaining.
• Drive NPI execution meeting schedule, yield, cost, quality, and reliability targets.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Foundry, OSAT/CMs, and Quality for manufacturing readiness.
• Build and lead high-performing product engineering teams with hiring, mentoring, and resource allocation.
• Align cross-functionally with Design, Test, Packaging, Quality, and Planning teams.

Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Optical Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years in product/test engineering with leadership in optical modules/components.
• Strong background in silicon photonics device integration and manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with IC manufacturing, advanced packaging, assembly, and test.
• Proven track record delivering complex optical products to high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience leading and scaling engineering teams and cross-functional programs.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
