What you will do

• Support managers in overseeing lighting teams for theatrical and architectural lighting in Sphere, Atrium, and supporting areas.
• Direct union and non-union labor, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with studios, ventures, and operations to establish show procedures, plan systems, track budgets, and manage equipment inventory.
• Supervise lighting installation, operation, control board programming, and transitions for events.
• Accommodate artist requirements, implement changes, handle technical advances, and troubleshoot issues in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Minimum 60 credit hours of college-level coursework or equivalent certifications/trade school.
• 7+ years in production lighting, live events, or theatrical entertainment.
• Proficiency with MA2, MA3, sACN, Art-Net, Timecode, show control, ETC Architectural systems, CAD (AutoCAD, Vectorworks), and Microsoft Office.
• Experience supervising union and non-union crews, managing budgets, and multitasking in deadline-oriented settings.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
