TL;DR

Location: Must reside within commuting distance of the assigned training center.

What you will do

  • Provide right-seat support in full-flight simulators for a diverse client base.
  • Support simulator training and evaluation events, including those conducted by hirify.global or regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain proficiency as a qualified crew member.
  • Deliver a high-quality training experience that emphasizes Crew Resource Management (CRM) and customer service.
  • Uphold hirify.global training, safety, and professionalism standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Commercial Pilot Certificate or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
  • Airplane Multi‑Engine Land (MEL) rating.
  • Instrument rating (airplane multi‑engine land) with at least 50 hours of multi‑engine experience and at least 50 hours of instrument experience.
  • Minimum of 400 total flight hours.
  • Ability to complete up to three weeks or more of initial training.
  • Ability to meet all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements.
  • Must reside within commuting distance of the assigned training center.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Turbine flight experience (100 hours preferred).
  • Prior experience in training, mentoring, or instructional environments.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and professional communication.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and client populations.
