TL;DR

Customer Support Agent (Logistics/Robotics): Handling inbound inquiries and troubleshooting hardware/software issues for a global autonomous drone delivery system with an accent on empathetic communication and technical problem-solving. Location: Full-time onsite in Richardson, TX, USA. Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $28-$31 / hour

What you will do

  • Respond to customer and partner inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and account issues to identify root causes.
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams and ensure closed-loop communication with customers.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide accurate resolutions.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions within internal tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish.
