What you will do
- Respond to customer and partner inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and account issues to identify root causes.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams and ensure closed-loop communication with customers.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide accurate resolutions.
- Document all interactions and resolutions within internal tracking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Spanish.
