TL;DR
Manager, Customer Productivity (AI): Design and build scalable customer training programs for Claude adoption and value realization with an accent on activation, onboarding resources, and metrics tracking. Focus on partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to evolve enablement materials and guide customer engagements.
Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (hybrid, at least 25% time in office)
Salary: $270,000 - $310,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Design and build scalable customer training programs focused on activation, adoption, and value realization
- Develop onboarding resources, workshops, and deep-dive content for the platform and products
- Define and track metrics for customer value achievement, partnering with Sales and Customer Success
- Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing on enablement materials for new releases and use cases
- Advise GTM teams on customer engagements, articulating value and guiding adoption
- Build knowledge base and self-service resources to scale beyond one-to-one interactions
- Leverage Claude and advanced technologies to scale the program and model best practices
Requirements
- 8+ years in customer-facing roles like sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical enablement in AI/ML or enterprise tech
- Enterprise technical sales experience with strong presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Program management experience building enablement or productivity programs from scratch
- Track record in fast-paced, ambiguous environments defining playbooks
- Strategic thinking and storytelling to distill complex AI concepts into actionable frameworks
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations on customer motions
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven measurement of program effectiveness
Nice to have
- Experience at AI company or high-growth tech scaling customer-facing functions
- Familiarity with Claude, Claude Code, or similar AI developer tools
