Product Enablement Manager (AI): Building systems, workflows, and feedback loops to translate rapidly evolving AI products into GTM execution with an accent on product launches, field readiness, and scalable enablement. Focus on partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to design narratives, use cases, playbooks, and metrics that drive product adoption and deal velocity.

Location: Based in NYC or SF office 3x a week. Relocation assistance offered to new employees.

Salary: $177K – $196K + equity

What you will do

• Contribute to end-to-end product enablement system for onboarding, launches, and continuous learning
• Translate complex AI products into GTM narratives, use cases, and playbooks
• Build scalable systems and automation to keep GTM teams aligned with product velocity
• Partner with Product and Engineering for field readiness and feedback loops to shape roadmap
• Define and track metrics like ramp time, adoption, and deal velocity
• Identify workflow gaps and implement solutions to improve sales, positioning, and deployment

Requirements

• Based in NYC or SF 3x/week; relocation assistance available
• Experience building and scaling enablement programs or workflows in fast-paced environments
• Strong product intuition to understand technical AI products and translate to business value
• Cross-functional experience with Product, Engineering, Sales, or Marketing
• Operational rigor with KPIs and impact measurement
• Systems mindset for scalable solutions and strong communication to simplify complex concepts
• Comfort in ambiguity with high ownership across strategy and execution
