Salary: $60,000 - $66,000 a year

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end processing of daily functions like Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (mRDC), including queue monitoring, decisioning, exceptions resolution, and reconciliations.
• Analyze transaction trends, volumes, and variances to recommend process improvements and reduce repeat issues.
• Provide Tier II phone support, troubleshoot issues, and identify trends for systemic fixes.
• Assess risk trends, support escalations with root-cause analysis, and collaborate on service improvements.
• Participate in special projects for new procedures, controls, or technologies.

Requirements

• Located within reasonable proximity to Washington DC/Chevy Chase, MD area
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years bank operations experience; 5+ years preferred
• Item/check/payment processing experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, regulatory knowledge, and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
