Credit Analyst II

What you will do

• Create corporate financial spreads and personal net worth analyses using bank software and Excel templates.
• Perform narrative analysis of financials to identify strengths/weaknesses and assess guarantor strength.
• Interact with lenders to structure loans balancing client needs and bank risk.
• Draft loan packages, conduct basic collateral analysis, and attend customer meetings.
• Ensure compliance, stay informed on legal/market risks, and participate in credit committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-6 years as Underwriter focused on C&I with CRE exposure; managed $4-10MM revenue pipelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and SageWorks Abrigo or similar.
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, multitasking in fast-paced environment.
