What you will do

• Manage day-to-day invoicing, payment tracking, adjustments, and audit processes to ensure accuracy.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies and maintaining response SLAs.
• Support management in streamlining billing and collection processes through automation.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and internal training.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Support, and Loss Mitigation teams to resolve escalations and systemic issues.
• Conduct weekly follow-ups with marketplaces regarding outstanding credits and unresolved cases.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, billing, collections, or payment-related functions.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, Jira, monday.com, and Intercom.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent professional communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (as indicated by California Fair Chance Notice).

Nice to have

• Experience in the entertainment or ticketing industry.
• Familiarity with Hyperwallet, Bill.com, and Salesforce.
• Background in operational or technical workflows.
