What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Identify and monitor key business KPIs to deliver commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Ops, Marketing, Product, and Finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of commercial initiatives.
• Play a key role in the forecasting & goal setting process alongside analytics & finance.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Analyze business data, customer insights, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize commercial effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a commercial strategy, business development, or similar role, preferably within online gaming.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in market research techniques and competitive analysis.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
