Senior IT Analyst (Business Analysis)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic — hybrid work

What you will do

• Perform IT analysis throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Create technical specifications for development teams, including integration interface designs.
• Model and document system modules, data structures, and object structures.
• Communicate daily with Business Analysts, Architects, and development teams.
• Manage change throughout the project and create or update analytical documentation.
• Contribute to test creation and testing activities.

Requirements

• Experience analyzing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to formulate data and object structures and define integration interfaces.
• Expertise in UML and Enterprise Architect.
• Solid SQL knowledge and basic knowledge of any programming language.
• Understanding of the banking environment.
• Communicative Czech or Slovak and English required.
