We’re building Sophie, a multi-agent AI orchestrator that analyzes behavioral patterns and emotional states to help wealth management advisors serve clients.

What you will do

• Design and optimize multi-agent orchestration system with parallelization, streaming, prompt management, versioning, and A/B testing
• Build RAG systems using vector databases, embeddings, and relevance scoring for accurate contextual responses
• Develop production APIs with authentication, rate limiting, and documentation for frontend and future CRM integrations
• Establish code review practices, testing standards, document architecture, and contribute to technical patents

Requirements

• 4+ years production Python experience (async patterns, type hints)
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and multi-step LLM workflows
• Production API development experience (FastAPI or similar)
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills
• Self-directed with strong written communication for async-first culture

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG systems and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
• Streaming/real-time implementation (SSE, WebSockets)
• TypeScript/JavaScript familiarity
• FinTech or regulated industry background
