Subject Matter Expert (Product Management): Co-creating curriculum for PM interview prep course targeting Tier 1 companies with an accent on product market fit, user acquisition and activation, retention and engagement, product execution & strategy, and revenue & monetization strategies. Focus on conducting lectures and workshops, content review and quality assurance, industry engagement, and instructor training.

Location: Remote (US, available per Pacific Time Zone, including weekends/evenings)

What you will do

• Co-create and refine curriculum covering key PM interview topics for Tier 1 companies.
• Review and provide feedback on content from other SMEs and technical reviewers.
• Deliver lectures, workshops, interactive sessions using various teaching methods.
• Stay current with PM trends, engage industry professionals for real-world insights.
• Improve session delivery, onboard/train other instructors, and evolve curriculum with IK team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years as Product Manager in Tier 1 companies
• Hands-on expertise in at least one: Product Market Fit, User Acquisition/Activation, User Retention/Engagement, Product Execution & Strategy, Revenue & Monetization
• Teaching experience, ability to simplify complex topics engagingly
• High empathy for student challenges; availability per Pacific Time Zone including weekends/evenings
