What you will do

• Generate new leads via cold calling (50+ calls/day), email, and LinkedIn outreach
• Meet or exceed targets for qualified meetings
• Track performance, manage pipeline, and maintain client data in CRM (Hubspot) and sales tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs
• Stay updated on industry trends and competition

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
• 1+ year B2B SaaS sales experience as BDR or outbound sales role
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (C1-C2)
• Proficiency in cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach to US/UK/Canada/Australia/NZ companies
• Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM/sales software (Hubspot, SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless)
• Ability and willingness to work ET hours
