Compensation: $100k - $500k including base and variable

What you will do

• Develop TT-Forge, the open-source MLIR-based compiler for all hirify.global hardware configurations.
• Optimize computational graphs, create custom dialects (TTIR, TTNN, TTKernel), and build transformation passes.
• Bridge high-level AI frameworks like PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow to low-level hardware execution.
• Enable training, multi-chip scaling, and human-in-the-loop optimization with tools like TT-Explorer.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers on novel AI compilation challenges.

Requirements

• Fluent in C++ and Python with experience building complex systems bridging frameworks to execution.
• Experience in compiler optimization, machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow), or deep systems programming.
• Strong interest in MLIR and modular compiler frameworks for AI hardware.
• Eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (may require citizenship/permanent residency or U.S. license approval).
• Collaborative problem-solver thriving in open-source environments.
