Senior Director of Brand & Experience (AI Health): Own master narrative, brand system, and experience end-to-end with an accent on psychology, storytelling, visual persuasion, and AI-driven personalization. Location: Remote (USA). Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 annually (bonus eligible).

What you will do
- Own Twin’s master narrative, applying psychology and persuasion principles across all brand touchpoints for members, employers, and health plans.
- Manage brand system including voice, tone, visual identity, and consistent expression across website, marketing, sales, PR, and partner channels.
- Lead TwinHealth.com experience, narrative flow, UX alignment, and optimization for SEO, AEO, and AI-powered discovery.
- Develop visual persuasion strategy and design principles to communicate trust and credibility across experiences.
- Use AI for hyper-personalized assets, workflows, and fast experimentation with A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion.
- Lead storytelling for product launches, social proof strategies, and cross-functional partnerships with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales.
Requirements
- 10+ years leading brand, narrative, or experience at high-growth consumer or health-focused company.
- Deep understanding of human psychology, behavior, persuasion, and audience motivation.
- Hands-on experience with AI for creating, personalizing, and scaling marketing assets.
- Proven ability to run fast experiments, A/B and multivariate tests across B2C, B2B, B2B2C.
- Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and lead a small high-impact team.
- Mission-driven with strong work ethic; must be U.S. work authorized (no sponsorship).
