What you will do

• Evolve the creative vision, brand voice, and strategy to align with growth objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary creative organization including art directors, designers, and writers.
• Elevate the quality bar for all creative output while maintaining brand consistency.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate founder vision into compelling customer experiences.
• Build scalable creative infrastructure, processes, and tools, including a strategy for AI integration.
• Oversee collaborations with external agencies and partners for major campaigns and product launches.

Requirements

• 12+ years of creative experience, including time as a Creative Director or Group Creative Director.
• Proven experience leading and inspiring multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to turn abstract ideas into cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and articulate complex creative concepts clearly.
• Strategic approach to brand and marketing across the full customer journey.
• Must be based in New York, NY or Menlo Park, CA with 4+ days of in-office attendance per week.
