What you will do
- Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards visualizing data from GA4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Webmaster Tools for various audiences.
- Implement and manage GA4 event tracking using Google Tag Manager for user interactions like clicks, forms, downloads, scrolls.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, search performance; identify trends and present actionable findings.
- Audit GA4 configurations, document setups, recommend improvements for data reliability.
- Develop standardized web analytics reporting processes with templates and documentation.
- Collaborate with MarCom and web development teams to align tracking with content and goals; organize data in Excel/Google Sheets.
Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor's in Marketing, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, entering junior or senior year.
- Google Analytics 4: navigate, explorations, key metrics like sessions, engagement, conversions.
- Google Tag Manager: create tags, triggers, variables for event tracking.
- Looker Studio: build reports, data connectors, calculated fields, charts.
- Excel/Google Sheets: data organization, pivot tables, formulas.
- Strong initiative, attention to detail, multitasking; clear communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
