What you will do

• Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement of digital experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention across client segments.
• Utilize CMS and MarTech stacks to build personalized client experiences based on customer insights.
• Monitor performance metrics and lead optimization through A/B and multivariate testing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for digital initiatives aligned with strategic business units and go-to-market priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or digital product management.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or B2B environments preferred.
• Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including websites, mobile, social, search, and CMS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and MarTech platforms such as Google/Adobe Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong project management skills in agile environments with a track record of on-time delivery.
• Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia and comply with the workplace model requiring at least four days per week in the office.
