What you will do

• Lead high-impact strategic projects end-to-end, acting as the strategic partner to business units.
• Build and improve financial models and frameworks for capital allocation, investments, and resource prioritization.
• Deliver accurate reporting and analysis to support decision-making and synthesize performance data for monthly business reviews.
• Present recommendations to executive leadership with clear frameworks and rationale.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to provide financial insights on strategic initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through standard operating processes and team scaling.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or related analytical roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build financial models, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior decision-makers.
• Experience interfacing with C-level executives and presenting strategic recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and valuation.
• Strong analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems and drive actionable conclusions.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills; track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA).
• Familiarity with SaaS business models, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and subscription finance.
• Experience in operational and strategic FP&A, including budgeting, long-range planning, and M&A support.
• Passion for data analytics industry; comfortable with ambiguity.
