Salary: $106,000–$160,000 USD (based on location zones)

What you will do

• Manage recurring FP&A processes including forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Develop robust financial models to support investment decisions and scenario planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work and increase reporting accuracy.
• Design and build financial infrastructure and reporting tools to support business operations.
• Partner with Accounting, Strategy, and Investor Relations to ensure financial transparency across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance.
• Proficiency in building detailed financial models in Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to influence senior decision-makers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with financial reporting systems like Oracle or Anaplan.
• Experience working within the technology industry.
