What you will do

• Lead, hire, and coach a team of approximately 5 UI engineers.
• Drive the delivery of scalable, high-quality UI systems for agentic analytics workflows.
• Translate product and design visions into clear, predictable execution plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and backend engineering teams.
• Oversee operational rigor, including planning, estimation, and technical debt management.
• Guide frontend architecture and mentor engineers on technical design decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience with strong frontend expertise (React, TypeScript).
• 2+ years of experience leading engineers.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, user-facing products with high standards for usability.
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals like testing, code quality, and scalable design.
• Excellent execution and planning skills for high-ambiguity environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and compliant with U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Experience building design systems or component libraries.
• Exposure to AI-driven or agent-based product experiences.
• Familiarity with microfrontend architectures for large-scale applications.
