Salary: $111,070 - $166,400 per annum (USD)

What you will do

• Design and execute post silicon validation tests for SSD Chipsets during R&D.
• Develop, port, and execute bare metal software to validate Storage SoCs, including pre and post silicon testing.
• Test bare metal functionality, performance, and power of Storage SoCs.
• Review and prepare test plans, results documentation, and professional validation reports.
• Develop testing and benchmarking applications; analyze test results.
• Provide technical support to Field Application Engineers and Test Engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related + 3-5 years experience; Master’s/PhD + 2-3 years.
• Experience in hardware validation/applications engineering for Solid State Drives.
• Prior experience interacting with customers.
• Firmware development under Bare Metal/Linux; debugging on SoCs for embedded applications.
• Understanding of SSD controller preferred; experience with PCIe a plus.
• Good communication skills; flexible, proactive team player.
