Location: Must be based in the United States, preferably near a major metro airport with up to 30% travel required.

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 plus performance bonus.

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of 8–10 Field Account Executives and Managers.
  • Drive partner acquisition, optimization, and retention strategies across the region.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time to support major deal closures and build partner relationships.
  • Actively participate in high-impact sales meetings and negotiations.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Salesloft to analyze pipeline health and identify market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and ensure regional ROI.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in people leadership within SMB/Mid-Market sales.
  • 2+ years of experience as a top-performing individual contributor in B2B sales.
  • Proven expertise in building and executing team-wide sales plans.
  • Fluency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong background in field-based environments.
  • Must be based in the US, preferably near a major metro airport, with ability to travel 30% of the time.

  • Prior experience in the SaaS or marketplace industry.
  • Direct familiarity with the local fitness and wellness landscape.
