Engineering Manager (AI)

Salary: $164,250–$219,000 per year, plus potential performance bonus, benefits, and other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead and scale the engineering team building AI Concierge, remaining involved in architecture reviews and complex technical decisions.
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, performance, and team development.
• Set technical direction while balancing rapid AI product iteration with reliability for a live, revenue-critical system.
• Partner with product, data, and applied AI teams to prioritize development across hirify.global's brands.
• Design architecture that supports multiple brands and millions of client interactions.
• Own evaluation and monitoring practices that identify regressions before they affect operators.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams of six or more, preferably while remaining technically hands-on.
• Experience shipping and scaling AI-powered SaaS products in a B2B2C environment.
• Strong Python skills and the ability to work across React and C#.
• Experience taking AI capabilities from prototype to reliable production systems.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with modern AI development tools and frameworks, plus the ability to set direction in an ambiguous problem space.
