What you will do

• Empower a high-performing engineering team to deliver exceptional technical solutions and drive meaningful business impact.
• Lead end-to-end team management, from recruiting top talent to mentoring and supporting career growth.
• Shape the technical vision and strategy for SmartDesk, balancing rapid innovation with robust engineering principles.
• Drive product development through close collaboration with product, data, and applied AI teams.
• Make critical architectural decisions that balance speed, quality, and long-term system flexibility.
• Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives and help evolve hirify.global's technical capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 6+ members.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling AI-powered SaaS products in B2B2C environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with comfort working across diverse technology stacks (React, C#).
• Deep expertise in transforming AI capabilities into production-ready, reliable systems.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with modern AI development tools and frameworks.
