Salary: $121,000 - $151,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop strategy and execute internal communications for team news and targeted segmented groups
• Partner with senior leaders to own communications plans for company-wide programs
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Executive Leadership Team
• Influence multi-media channels for hybrid workforce, including intranet event streams and in-office engagement
• Manage intranet design for employee engagement and wayfinding
• Support growth of Internal Communications Associate and manage external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related
• Minimum 5 years in internal/corporate/executive communications plus management experience
• Experience customizing communications for global audience across multiple channels
• Demonstrated success in change management at global scale
• Experience drafting executive emails and creative content development with storytelling
• Subject matter expertise in intranet platforms (Interact, Simpplr, Haystack, LumApps)
• Email marketing experience with segmentation and analysis
• Strong grammar, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environment
