What you will do

• Assemble and install electrical components in wind turbine nacelles and hubs.
• Route and secure wiring harnesses, connectors, and control systems.
• Use testing equipment to verify electrical continuity and system functionality.
• Follow safety protocols, maintain organized work area, and handle materials.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on improvements, audits, and root cause analysis.
• Support other production areas and assist mechanical operators as needed.

Requirements

• Speak and understand English fluently to communicate safety instructions and collaborate with team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Electrical certifications or technical training; 3+ years in electrical assembly or manufacturing.
• Experience with wind turbines, industrial, or automotive electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; familiarity with multimeters, crimping tools.
• Ability to work at heights; pass respiratory fit test; obtain crane operator certification.
• Commitment to safety protocols, using PPE like eye protection, hearing protectors, steel-toe boots, hard hats.

Nice to have

• Experience with overhead crane operation.
• Understanding of ISO 9000:2000 Quality System.
