What you will do

• Travel to solar and battery storage sites for preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate and manage contractors for maintenance activities.
• Provide support for commissioning and warranty claims processes.
• Perform technical and administrative duties to operate power facilities.
• Ensure all work complies with environmental and safety requirements.
• Work independently or in teams, including overtime and emergency response.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Technical degree or Journeyman qualifications.
• 3+ years as PV O&M solar technician; 5+ years in power plant.
• Experience with electrical equipment, basic IT, and remote communications.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and electrical/mechanical fundamentals.
• Proficiency with standard business software and technical documents.

Nice to have

• Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
