What you will do

  • Conduct needs assessments via interviews and data to identify business challenges and skill gaps.
  • Design customized learning plans with courses, workshops, and documentation.
  • Facilitate live training sessions, adapting in real-time to learner needs.
  • Drive customer adoption and learning maturity through targeted strategies.
  • Coordinate with content developers, account teams, and training partners.
  • Track progress with metrics and report ROI to stakeholders.
  • Proactively solve obstacles to learning success.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, JSM.
  • Experience facilitating live training with improvisation skills.
  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles or technical experience with training support in B2B SaaS.
  • Program management skills for ideation, scheduling, and resources.
  • Proficiency in adult learning principles and performance consulting.
  • Comfort building new programs from scratch.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
