Service Supervisor

What you will do

• Supervise service team on routes and in-house for customer service, sales, product delivery and pick-up.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate service team to deliver high customer service and product quality.
• Maintain customer relationships, handle contract renewals, increase internal sales, and optimize route structures.
• Drive company vehicle to customer sites and assist with lifting/carrying products.
• Ensure driver compliance and efficient operations across key service areas.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active driver's license, at least 21 years old, DOT medical certification, and prior employment documentation prior to start
• Meet all DOT requirements for driving regulated vehicles over 10,000 lbs
