What you will do

• Manage end-to-end conference logistics, including booth configuration, vendor coordination, and swag management.
• Build and maintain a conference calendar and planning infrastructure.
• Coordinate internal staffing across sales, marketing, and clinical teams.
• Track ROI and report on SQL and demo volume per event against spend.
• Identify new conferences across various medical specialties.
• Own relationships with print, shipping, swag, A/V, and booth services vendors.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or conference management experience.
• Startup mindset with comfort owning a function with a lean budget.
• Track record of managing high conference volume simultaneously across multiple verticals.
• End-to-end logistics ownership experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational rigor.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, health tech, or physician/clinical audience experience.
• Experience planning or executing an owned brand conference.
• HubSpot familiarity for lead tracking and conference attribution.
• Existing vendor network (shipping, print, swag).
• Experience coordinating booth staffing across cross-functional teams.
