What you will do

• Act as a brand ambassador, providing elite hospitality from check-in to post-class meet-and-greets.
• Drive the energy of live productions by managing class occupancy, standby lists, and audience placement.
• Navigate the digital ecosystem (TeamUp, G-Suite, Slack) to manage bookings and troubleshoot account issues.
• Support the wider team on diverse activations, including corporate bookings and special events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or hospitality with a "member-first" philosophy.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional etiquette across all platforms.
• A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude who can prioritize tasks and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, computer literate, and ready to master various software systems.
• Ability to support the needs of a global production schedule, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
